Disappointing

Location is great, staff and surrounding facilities

Old apartment with useless kitchen, small and neglected, location is really good but that apartment requires an urgent renovation. Initially booked for one month, we stay only one week and person in charge understand our query alas no bigger apartment available.

Nice location, but otherwise unimpressive

The location was great. Very close to Unicentro, and a short cab to Usaquen. Lilia was also very accommodating and quick to respond to questions.

The apartment was not as nice as what was shown on Booking. There are clearly multiple apartments being rented out by the same owner, but the photos are of the nicest one. We ended up in a much older apartment, and so did our friends who also rented through the same owner. Bedding and furniture were not nearly the quality we were expecting. The shower was very inconsistent. Scalding water one second, and freezing the next second. Pressure was also inconsistent. We also were not aware that this was not a hotel. It is an apartment building, with individual owners. Therefore, you get one set of keys, which was a problem for a group of 4 people. This not being a hotel also meant that we had to pay in cash, which we were not expecting.

Staff was very helpful . Apartment was good and comfortable. I can stay again in this apartment.

This is not a real hotel, it is rented apartment. Kind of old apartment but functional. Some paper in kitchen could be offered. Some devices did not work properly . No tee station.

Very pleasant.

Location is great and staff very friendly.

May help guest to have more kitchen and bathroom amenities. Also nice if all light fixtures and outlets work properly. Need to update studio information like the phine numbers and WIFI passwords.

Lilia, the hotel assistant, was incredible!

Lilia, the hotel assistant, was incredible! We are non-Spanish speaking Canadians, and given this, were able to feel completely welcomed and have any issues or questions addressed by Lilia. She was wonderful! Best experience ever. She even, unhesitatingly, kept our personal belongings in her home while we toured the city for the day after checking out when the concierge refused. The room was beautiful, especially given the price. Wonderful views, amazing location and great amenities (gymnasium, sauna and access to courtyard, restaurant, etc.). I would highly recommend this place!

Julio Torres, the concierge. It was clear from the first time he saw us he made up his mind he did not like us, regardless of who we were or acted as individuals. My husband is covered in tattoos, so whether it was this or that he may have taken us for American or doesn't like Caucasians, it was clearly personal and made the overall experience less enjoyable. He would stare us down, with complete disdain, sneer and scoff at us anytime he saw us, it was almost unbelievable. So much so, we avoided communication with him whenever possible. Complete unprofessional, especially for someone who is literally a public servant, representing the company and responsible for the needs of (All) guests. We literally did not experience anything like that from ANY other citizen in Columbia, otherwise, everyone else was completely pleasant and went out of their way for us, as tourists.
